中核西北建設集團（簡稱中核西北集團）是經國家工商總局審核設立，是以中核西北建設集團有限公司（原名稱核工業西北工程建設總公司）為核心企業組建的，是一家集建設工程設計、施工、房地產開發、物業管理為一體的大型國有建設集團。
核心企業中核西北建設集團有限公司成立于1992年，前身是我國原子能工業在西北地區一支重要的工程施工隊伍，修筑了高標準的國防公路、戰備隧道、礦山隧道、洞庫車間和廠房及民用建筑等工程，為我國國防事業做出了重要貢獻。
公司注冊資金5.5億元，2006年通過了“質量、環境、職業健康安全三合一”管理體系認證。公司持有公路工程施工總承包壹級、房屋建筑工程施工總承包壹級、市政公用工程施工總承包貳級、礦山工程施工總承包貳級、地基與基礎工程專業承包壹級、橋梁工程專業承包壹級、隧道工程專業承包壹級、公路路基工程專業承包壹級，試驗檢測公路綜合乙級，建筑設計乙級，房地產開發三級，物業管理三級等各項資質。
中核西北建設集團有限公司是中陜核集團批準并出資設立的全資子公司。公司設董事會、監事會、經理層。經理層管理機構包括“十中心一室“,分別為綜合管理中心；黨群工作中心；工程管理中心；技術質量管理中心；經營發展中心；企業管理中心；資產財務管理中心；安全環保管理與應急中心；監察與審計中心；法務中心；一帶一路辦公室。
中核西北集團有7個法人資格的直屬子公司，分別為陜西核地源實業有限公司；中核西安物業管理有限公司；中核西安建筑工程物資有限公司；中核西安工程檢測有限公司；陜西秦星核工業工程建設有限公司；陜西天宇建筑設計有限公司；中核西北建設集團安徽有限公司。設立了四川分公司；江西分公司；漢中分公司；甘青分公司；重慶分公司；北京分公司；新疆辦事處等7個分支機構。
目前公司的主要管理人員819人，其中本科以上學歷491人。中級以上職稱380人，取得一級建造師等國家各類執業資格注冊人員共196人。
中核西北建設集團先后在新疆、廣東、甘肅、湖南、陜西、湖北、山東、河南、云南、青海、四川、重慶等地承建了多項大型工程建設項目。其中：
高等級公路代表工程：上海至成都高速公路武漢至荊門段一期土建工程、河南省濮陽至范縣高速公路土建工程、北京至昆明G5高速公路四川雅安經石棉至瀘沽段土建工程、延安安塞經志丹至吳起高速公路路基橋隧工程、大廣高速公路龍南里仁至楊村（贛粵界）段土建工程等。
房屋建筑及開發代表工程：合肥濱湖新區濱湖欣園住宅小區、山東魏橋工業園第八生活區高層住宅樓及附屬工程、西南科技大學綜合實驗樓房建工程、陜西省核工業地調院一期建設項目施工工程、西安市民用航天基地山水嶺秀住宅樓A組團施工工程等。

The Core business was established in 1992. Its predecessor is an important engineering team of the atomic energy industry in the northwest region, which constructed outstanding projects including the high standard national highways, readiness tunnels, mine tunnels, cavern workshops & factories, civilian buildings, et al. The company registered capital of 550 million Yuan, and passed IMS (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in 2006. At present, the corporation holds more than ten national certifications, such as the first-class qualification in the field of highway construction general contract and building construction general contract, the second-class qualification in the field of Municipal engineering construction general contract and Mining engineering construction general contract，The contracting of Foundation and basic engineering, Bridge project, Tunnel engineering, and Highway roadbed engineering are Class A.
